Finca Primavera is an amazing property located in the charming village of Nuevo San Carlos, Retalhuleu, Guatemala.

 

This land covers more than 135 hectares of lush vegetation, featuring over 22 hectares of mature Dendrocalamus Asper plantations, some of the best bamboo species in the region.

 

Moreover, it boasts extensive cacao plantations, which are grown using companion planting techniques with old Guayabo Volador trees and other majestic trees such as Palo Blanco.

 

The property also features a chicken egg production facility and plans to establish the first bamboo industrialization plant in the region.

 

This will produce bamboo squared strips and biochar and other products in the following years. In addition, there are many beautiful trees, some of which are the champion seeders for the entire country.
